Grudziądz - as a Personal Data Administrator informs you about the purposes, ways and scope of processing your personal data. In accordance with Article 13 RODO1[1] and the particular principle of respect for privacy, we describe what your data we process, which legal basis for the processing we use, how long we store your data and whether and with whom we share it.

Ways of processing personal data

We store the personal data processed by us in electronic form: on the server, as well as on computers and in paper form. The data is adequately secured in accordance with RODO and national provisions on maintaining information security. If you register to organised by us events, processing of your data is necessary in order for you to take part in these events. We collect the following personal data: first and last name, date of birth date, contact details: telephone number, email, country, home address, pilot licence, medical certificate, club name.

We process this data in order to register your application and to carry out subsequent activities of the 6 th FAI Junior World Hot Air Balloons Championship Grudziądz 2023, including, but not limited to, creation of start lists, registration of results and their publication. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract (Art.6(1)(b) RODO[3] ).

By registering, you also consent to the use of your image and its dissemination on the website https://grudziadzballoons.com/ in accordance with article 6.1.a RODO and article 81.1 of the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2509) by the Administrator, for information and promotional purposes concerning the 6 th FAI Junior World Hot Air Balloons Championship Grudziądz 2023

This consent is free of charge, is not limited in time, territory or quantity.   • to request from the Personal Data Controller access to your data to obtain a copy of your personal data, to rectify, erase or restrict their processing,
  • to object to further processing if you do not wish that we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest,
  • to withdraw your consent at your own discretion.

If you would like to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, to do so, it is sufficient to send an email directly to the Grudziadz Balloon Club Balloon Club at: biuro@balonygrudziadz.pl.

The withdrawal of consent does not make the processing of personal data up to that point moment was illegal. In other words, until you revoke your consent we have the right to process personal data and revoking it does not affect the legality of the lawfulness of the previous processing.
